Candidates having Diploma in Engineering/Technology from Maharashtra state with minimum 50% marks shall be considered for the vacant seats after the central allotment (Refer Annexure-I,MHT-CET 2006 Brochure.)

b) Change of Branch / Institute after First Year

Candidates seeking transfer to other branches should report to the Principal after declaration of F. E. results. The transfers are based on the inter-se-merit of eligible candidates, provided there exist vacancies within the sanctioned intake.
After considering all the eligible candidates aspiring for change of branch, if some vacancies still exists within the sanctioned intake, the Principals of all Un-Aided, colleges subject to the provision of rules above, shall consider the candidates from other colleges aspiring for transfer in the same course and then the candidates aspiring for change of course subject to prior approval from the concerned Regional Head of Technical Education. However, the total number of candidates shall not exceed the sanctioned intake capacity for that course. The Principal shall be responsible for asserting the eligibility laid down by the concerned University for the course to which the candidate is being transferred.
At the time of admission the candidate has to produce No Objection Certificate from the parent institute and eligibility certificate from the Pune University, in case admission is sought from a college affiliated to other Universities, along with previous year's mark sheet.
